Taxes And Customes Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Damages
In case your Studio Zar package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please contact us at info@studiozar.com within 5 business days to notify us of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Additional Information
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 2 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline mentioned in above shipment information. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address. Studio Zar does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact info@studiozar.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
