Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return. You can return your order within 14 days after the shipment arrival date.

Return Procedure
Please contact us at info@studiozar.com to start the return procedure. 

We will need to receive a picture of your purchase to verify the item is undamaged.

Cost for returns are for the account of the customer.

Additional
Please note that purchase must be returned unused, undamaged and packed as received.

Please make sure the item is packed as received to prevent damages during shipment, you are returning a glass object. We are not responsible for damages that occur during the return shipment and cannot proces a damaged purchase. We highly recommend that the return package be adequately insured, which will allow you to file a report with your post carrier in case of damages. 

Refund
Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment
